In order to participate in the IRCYO, each youth needs an IRCYO Youth Participant Information and Liability Disclaimer Form filled out and signed by a parent/guardian, signed by the youth and witnessed by an IRCYO representative. Click on the link here, print off the form and bring it with you to the next IRCYO fundraiser, activity and/ or event that your son/daughter attends.
We now have an IRCYO Adult Membership Form for adults interested in being members to download, print off, fill out and return to one of the officers. They will also be made available at the meetings for those who do not have access to a printer.
